How do you handle recurring memberships and class packs together?

Recurring plans bill automatically from a card on file on a standard billing day, and session packs count down as members attend. Both models run at once, so an unlimited member and a ten-pack member book the same classes.

You can set monthly, quarterly or annual pricing, add a trial period or setup fee, and run intro offers such as a discount on the first few months. Members can be moved between plans without rebuilding anything.

Payments made outside the system — cash, Zelle, PayPal — can be recorded against the member's account, so what the software shows matches what actually happened.

How do you keep classes full and track who's actually attending?

Set capacity per class so bookings close when you're full, and take attendance per session in seconds — including walk-ins. Attendance is recorded against the member, not just the class.

That distinction matters. Booking data tells you what people intended; attendance tells you what they did. The gap between those two is where retention problems show up first, usually weeks before someone actually cancels.

Milestones surface automatically — a member's first visit, first month, first few sessions — which are the moments worth acknowledging if you want a second month.

Can you sell on-demand content alongside in-person classes?

Yes. Courses and recorded video sit alongside your class schedule, and access can be tied to a membership so the same plan covers both the studio and the library.

For hybrid formats, classes can run in person, online through Zoom or Google Meet, or both at once.

Everything publishes to your website, which is AI-built from a description of your studio and hosted on your own domain, included on every plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cap class sizes?
Yes. Capacity is set per class and bookings stop when it's reached. Attendance is taken per session, including walk-ins, so you have a record of who actually trained rather than who booked.
Does pricing go up as I add members?
No. Unlimited members on every plan. Studio is $39/month billed annually and Growth is $79 — the difference is features, never member count.
Can I sell on-demand workouts as well as classes?
Yes. Courses and recorded content can be sold on their own or bundled into a membership, so one plan can cover both in-studio classes and a video library.
Do you support online and hybrid classes?
Yes. A class can be in person, online via Zoom or Google Meet, or both. Reminders go out automatically before each session.
